Our consultant pharmacists make regular visits to hospice facilities and are only a phone call away if you have any questions or concerns. They are available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
Educational Programs and Clinical Services
Advance Care Pharmacy is also there to educate your staff. Our pharmacists offer educational programs on a variety of topics including pain management, updates on new medications and the availability and benefits of generic medications.
Our clinical pharmacist can help you design and manage your own customized drug formularies. Our pharmacists are available to participate in hospice IDG meetings upon request.
